Training for Little Athletics, which is suitable for children between 6 and 9, is from 7:00pm to 8:00pm on Mondays at the track. For further information on Little Athletics from Athletics Ireland click here.
Training for ages 9 and up is from 7:00pm to 8:00pm, every Monday and Wednesday at the track.
During winter months Monday night training is held in the ARCH, Athy from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.
Sprinting events: 60m, 80m, 100m, 200m, and 400m
Middle distance events: 800m, 1,500m
Long distance events: Cross Country
Throws: Javelin, Hammer, Discus and Shot Putt
Jumping events: Long Jump
